As a gestational surrogate, we focus on your well-being before, during, and after the pregnancy and offer support to you and the parents through the entire process. You must have many questions about the process. Most of our staff have been surrogates in the past or are currently in the process, so we fully understand the joy and difficulties that you may face along this unique and personal journey. Time will be taken to ensure that you are informed thoroughly of the entire procedure from pairing with the new parents to IVF, delivery, and post-partum care.
What are the Requirements to Become a Surrogate Mother?
We take care to ensure that you are as healthy and experienced as possible so that the child has the best possible chance at a healthy life. For this reason, we maintain stringent physical and mental health requirements for our applicant surrogates.

Must be between the ages of 20-38

Have a Body Mass Index of 32 or lower

Have at least one prior healthy delivery and have custody of the child

Have no more than five births at the start of your surrogate journey

No more than two prior cesareans, also known as c-sections at the beginning of your surrogate journey

Be a non-smoker and drug-free

Must not be on government assistance

Be a United States citizen
During the application process, you will undergo a physical and mental health review to verify that you can withstand the rigors of pregnancy without causing harm to yourself or the child.
Finding the Right Match
Being a Surrogate means different things to different women. You may wish to establish a close and lasting relationship with the parents and the child, or you may be happy to see the child into the world.
During our matching process, we allow you to select the parents you would like to work with and set your expectations. Contracts are signed only after everybody agrees on the specific conditions for both sides of this excellent relationship.
Surrogate Mother Compensation
As a BabyDream Surrogate, you are eligible to receive a base compensation of $30,000 to $50,000 depending on your location, experience, and how many embryos you are willing to carry. Other out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed or covered and include, but not limited to, all needed travel, childcare expenses, medical insurance, and required medications.
The Gestational Surrogacy
A Gestational surrogate will carry a baby that is not biologically related to the mother. The embryo may be a result of successful IVF using the sperm and eggs from the potential parents or donors.
